A tree plantation drive was organised by Army’s 1 RR battalion at Anantnag High Ground in collaboration with Forest and Floriculture departments.
The event was organised to commemorate the International Forest Day. .
The event highlighted the importance of healthy environment. On the occassion, the organisers urged children and people of town to maintain *Green and Clean Anantnag Town”. *
Around 150 Deodar* trees were planted in the area of Anantnag High Ground
