Inayat Farooq is a 2 times senior national player in hockey . She played 1st senior national in Bangalore .After that in 2017 she got selected for certificate course by prime minister special package in health and fitness sports authority of India NS,NIS Patiala India.
After completing the course state sports council of J&K appointed as a fitness trainer in Bakshi stadium Srinagar on contractual basis.
After that in 2018 she played 2nd senior national in hockey which was held in Ranchi, Jharkhand .
And also played much more hockey tournaments 7_A side, 5-A side in Kashmir.
And also played snow festival ice hockey in Gulmarg. One national in ball hockey at Chandigarh and become a runner up in nationals.
Inayat Farooq has played also all India inter university judo championship in Chandigarh through university of Kashmir.
