Meet Bandipora engineering graduate who helps students in developing personality to showcase their talent.

Khawaja Itrat, an engineering graduate from Onagam village of Bandipora,To fight with enigma of who felt shy to come forward and showcase their hidden talent he came up with an excellent idea of opening an Academy and help such students in putting their points forward and involving them in discussions and with other activities where actually they feel shy to come.
He has been working tirelessly to facilitate and counsel the students to make them competent and confident to face the world by developing their personality. Soon after his completion of his engineering degree he founded a counselling-cum-facilitation institution “Academic Pathways” to help students overcome fears and face the world with confidence, who otherwise shy away despite possessing tremendous skills due to lack of exposure and confidence.
Itrat was also the president of Jammu and Kashmir Student Organization and Chief coordinator district science and creativity Olympiad. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. My academy can better understand the students’ weaknesses and goodness. Our faculty can make them understand the weakness and help them in grasping the things clearly,” he said, at his Academic Pathways.
He says the aim of his organization is to provide the students a global exposure and a platform to showcase their hidden talent and knowledge in the field of education. He said that the organization also provides admission counselling in medical, management, engineering, paramedical and other courses.
Since we started our academy more guys are joining our academy particularly for the purpose of boosting their talent through proper counselling and guidance.
