The Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Srinagar shall be conducting 05 months Certificate Course in Carpet Weaving sponsored under Skill Development Training Scheme of National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India.

The Institute requires the services of Master Craft persons (Carpet) to be engaged as Instructors/Trainers for conducting training programme in Jammu and Kashmir divisions, as per the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Minimum Academic Qualification : Middle pass Essential
Work Experience : 20 years
Max Age : 50 years
Consolidated Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 10,000/-
The engagement shall be purely as a need based arrangement, for a period of 05 months only and shall be co-terminus with the completion of the course. The selected persons shall be required to discharge their duties in any area/ district of the State, as per the need of the project.
The eligible and desirous candidates may submit their applications, in the prescribed format, which can had from this Institute against cast payment of Rs. 20/- along with all relevant documents to the Institute by or before 15 Nov 2018. The date of Trade Test/ Interview for the short-listed candidates shall be notified separately.
