High-Octane clashes light up J&K Police Martyrs Football Tourney

The third day of the 20th J&K Police Martyrs Memorial Football Tournament – 2025 witnessed a series of exciting matches at Polo Ground and Synthetic Turf TRC, Srinagar.

In Match 17 at Polo Ground, Kawal FC dominated Zone Rafiabad with a stunning 6-1 win. Jackey Singh scored a hat-trick, while Aryan, Renedy and Fardeen added one goal each. Mohsin netted the only goal for Rafiabad. Jackey Singh (Jersey No. 17) was named Man of the Match.

Match 18 saw a dramatic tie-breaker where Kashmir United FC edged out Kashmir Elegant FC by 3-2 after a 1-1 draw in regulation time. Mohsin scored for United and Aqib equalized. Muneer Ahmad (Jersey No. 01) won Man of the Match.

At Synthetic Turf TRC, Arco FC crushed Star Kashmir by 5-0 in Match 19, led by Basit Khan’s hat-trick. Suhaib Bhatt and Mueen Rafiq also scored. Basit Khan (Jersey No. 07) was Man of the Match.
In Match 20, Kashmir Panthers FC routed SCFA by 6-2. Fahad delivered five goals and Danish added one. Fahad (Jersey No. 07) was named Man of the Match. In Match 21, Kashmir Maharaja FC beat Jehlum FC 2-0, with goals from Altaf and Haris. Altaf Ahmed Sheikh (Jersey No. 08) won Man of the Match award.
