District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC), Kulgam held a 2nd meeting to facilitate unemployed youth of the district to establish a sustainable livelihood sources through transport sector here at mini-secretariat.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat.
After a threadbare discussion the meeting approved 37 cases under the MUMKIN scheme.
The financial assistance under MUMKIN scheme is being provided with 20% subsidy (10% of Mission Youth + 10% of Manufacturers contribution) for purchase of new commercial small vehicles used for transporting goods (Mini trucks & Pickups).
