Burhan Ali, a determined final year student hailing from Khansahib in Budgam, has triumphed on the international stage once again, securing a gold medal for India at the prestigious BANGABANDHU International Taekwondo Championship in Bangladesh.

Burhan’s remarkable journey into the world of Taekwondo commenced during his school years, igniting a fervor for the sport when he was just a fourth-grader. His passion continued to burn brightly as he progressed to Grade 5. His exceptional dedication and talent were previously recognized when he clinched a gold medal in the Indo Nepal Taekwondo Championship just one year ago.

Today, Burhan Ali has added another glittering achievement to his portfolio by clinching his second consecutive international gold medal. This latest accolade was achieved under the auspices of the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation and as an executive member of the Bangladesh Olympic Association.
