The BCCI delegation, led by President Mithun Manhas, Rohan Jaitely Chairman infrastructure BCCI, Brigadier Anil Gupta Administrator J&K Cricket association met with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to discuss initiatives for promoting cricket in the region.
They explored ways to strengthen cricket infrastructure, nurture young talent, and expand training facilities across the Union Territory. The Chief Minister assured full government support for these initiatives, aiming to provide better opportunities for aspiring cricketers from Jammu and Kashmir.
