8 Kashmir province players selected for Judo national

Seven girls and one boy from Kashmir province have secured their place in J&K State Judo team for Sub-Junior National Judo championship to be held at Una Himachal Pradesh.

For the selection trials that was held in MA stadium, Jammu, 19-member contingent from Kashmir participated. Among them only eight that included seven girls and one boy was able to get their place in the team. The State in total comprise of 33-members that include 15 boys and 14 girls.

The selected players include, Qamrain Arshid, Khair ul Nisa, Adn Arshid, Irtiba Javaid, Sheeba Bilal, Janees Zaffer, Tazeem Fayaz and Mohammad Shanib.
