Expressing his gratitude, the Chief Executive Officer of Srinagar Smart City Limited and Commissioner of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Athar Amir Khan, lauded the relentless support and guidance of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, who played a pivotal role in achieving this remarkable recognition. Khan expressed his appreciation by saying, “Thank you so much, sir, for making this possible and for the unrelenting encouragement, support, and guidance to Srinagar Smart City.”

The Excellence in Urban Transport award was presented to Srinagar Smart City at the Urban Mobility India Conference 2023, where the city stood out among strong contenders.
