SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP FOR THE YOUTH HELD IN KASHMIR.

There are lots of benefits to gain when learning self-defense, these benefits will not only make the youth feel more secure, it will also increase, security-awareness, and fitness. Self-confidence is the key to success in life, where learning self-defense boosts self-confidence through the various lessons and life skills. As life is full of challenges, self-defense classes help tackles by building up new techniques, persistence, new physical abilities, and much more to a kid. It additionally pushes the kid to come out from the comfort zone to bring determination, which leads to confidence. In self-defense classes, youth learn how to escape quickly by disabling attackers but the most important safety tip they will learn is, the levels of safety they feel. When teens train regularly, they start to understand what their bodies are capable of and knowing these things help decrease the risk of being surprised and freezing up. In today’s changing world, every youth needs to learn self-defense and there should be more such workshops for the benefit and character development of youth in Kashmir.
