Terms and Conditions for Hiring of Staff under District Health Society Pulwama.
Contract will be for a period of One Year or 315‘ March 2021 whichever is earlier. However, period of contract can be extended on the basis of performance of selected candidate.
No extra weightage will be given to the candidates having higher qualification.
Application/s can be rejected by the screening committee if found deficiency in documents/ not eligible as per required criteria.
As such ineligible candidates need not to apply.
The interested candidates may deposit their application forms by or before 03-09-2020 up to 4:00 P.M.
The following self attested documents (mandatory) must be submitted with the application form:
10th /12th Marks Sheet whichever is applicable. Date of Birth. Diploma/Degree Marks Sheet. Diploma/Degree Certificate.
Domicile Certificate (In case candidate doesn’t possess the Domicile Certificate he/she can apply.
However same shall be mandatorily required at the time of his/her selection). Married/ Unmarried Certificate for female duly sealed & signed by concerned Tehsildar.
