Recognising these barriers and determined to break them down, a collaborative effort between The Greater Kashmir, Kashmir Uzma, SKIE CLASSES, and Red FM has emerged – PAASBAAN 4.0 Scholarship cum Talent Hunt Test.

From this year, SKIE CLASSES has launched an Artificial intelligence and Robotics free course to make the students of the valley more market relevant and give them a skill while pursuing their academic goals. SKIE CLASSES is an indigenous brand which has revolutionised the education and coaching scenario in Jammu and Kashmir, by providing quality education on the most affordable fee giving a tough competition to the corporates with hefty fee structures.
Red FM: As a leading radio station known for its vibrant and dynamic programming, Red FM plays a pivotal role in connecting with audiences across demographics. With its widespread popularity and innovative approach, it serves as a powerful platform for spreading awareness and mobilising support for social causes.
At the heart of PAASBAAN 4.0 lies a vision of inclusivity, accessibility, and excellence in education. Through this collaborative endeavor, the partners aim to provide equitable access to education: Recognising the financial constraints faced by many families in the region, PAASBAAN 4.0 offers scholarships of up to 90% to meritorious students. This ensures that financial limitations do not hinder their ability to pursue academic excellence.
By conducting a talent hunt test encompassing various academic levels – including classes 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th, as well as NEET/JEE aspirants – PAASBAAN 4.0 seeks to identify and nurture the latent potential of students across diverse fields of study.
Foster a culture of meritocracy: Through cash scholarships totaling Rs 2.25 lakhs, PAASBAAN 4.0 recognises and rewards the top performers, incentivising excellence and encouraging healthy competition among students. The first topper to get Rs 1 lakh cash scholarship and a certificate of excellence from Greater Kashmir and Kashmir Uzma, 2nd topper Rs 75 thousand cash scholarship and a certificate of excellence from SKIE CLASSES and 3rd topper to get Rs 50 thousand cash scholarship and a certificate of excellence from Red fm.
