“What I am right now, is not what I had imagined right after my boards. But one thing I was sure of was to understand human behaviour, why they do what they do. Psychology changed me completely, helped me to understand self and others. From facing rejection and criticism to take up humanities to pursuing clinical psychology in Delhi, nothing was smooth and easy” said Zoya.
Zoya has been working since past 4 years in Kashmir now and what keeps her going every day is when her clients are able to overcome their mental health issues. “To connect, to trust and to support sums up therapeutic work!”
