Malik Aadil Young Kashmir Entrepreneur Sets Up Valley’s First Online Grocery Store.

With an aim to serve people in the valley to shop from anywhere and anytime, a 28-year-old entrepreneur Malik Aadil has set up Kashmir’s first and largest online grocery delivery service.
Titled as ‘Groxery-The Store next Door’, Aadil’s venture is covering almost every nook and corner of Srinagar city. “I have developed an app for Groxery through which customers book their orders and we drop it at their doorsteps within 70 minutes.
He said that so far the app has over 45K downloads on Android and 5K on IOS. “We are covering Jammu city by the first week of February. Later this will be followed by district Baramulla, Budgam, Ganderbal and Pulwama,” he said.
When asked how this idea clicked his mind, Aadil said, “I was working for Grofers (an Indian online grocery delivery service) in Bangalore in 2015 after completing my MBA when I decided to start my own venture. I had received a handful of experience as I was handling the marketing side of the company there.”
