Khanday Mudasir Ahmad and Showket Nabi, under the supervision of Dr. Habibullah Shah, Assistant Professor at the Directorate of Distance Education, represented the Department of Education, University of Kashmir, and emerged victorious in the National Educational Research Championship-2024 program.
The competition, held at the Department of Educational Studies, Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, witnessed their outstanding performance on April 25, 2024.
Notably, the first runner-up team was from Amity University, and the second runner-up team was from NIEPA.
This championship, a pioneering initiative, drew participation from various universities across India, marking a significant milestone in the educational landscape of the country.
Ahmad and Nabi’s exemplary understanding of educational research distinguished them as the champions of the competition, displaying the academic prowess and innovative spirit fostered at the University of Kashmir at par with top-ranked universities in India.
The National Educational Research Championship-2024 was the first program of this type in the history of educational research in India held at the Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.
