Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has invited applications to recruit physical training instructors. The applications have been invited from candidates who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and have the prescribed academic qualification.
The application forms of the recruitment will be available on the official website of the Commission, August 23 onwards, and the last date to submit the application is September 22.
A total of 53 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive.
Candidates with Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks (50% excluding any grace marks, in case of ST/SC/Differently abled) are eligible to apply.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of academic merit, research publications, experience, national or state awards, demonstration and outreach activities.
Interview of the candidates will be held at the Headquarter of J&K PSC which is Solina Srinagar or Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu.
“In the interview/viva voce, the candidates will be asked, in addition to the demonstration of domain knowledge/skills, questions on matters of general interest and matters related to the post for which he is being interviewed,” the Commission has said.
