Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) Tuesday commenced Selection trails for deputing U-17 Women’s Football team to participate in the Hero Women’s (U-17) National Football Championship scheduled to be held at Guwahati Assam from June 15, 2022.
As per the JKFA official Jammu and Kashmir Football Association is to depute U-17 Women’s Football team to participate in the Hero Women’s (U-17) National Football Championship scheduled to be held at Guwahati Assam from June 15, 2022.
As per official in this connection selection trials are being held from May 17 to 19 at Synthetic turf Srinagar and May 16 to 18, 2022 at GGM Science College Jammu.
While adding official said in today’s trials 40 girls with enthusiasm participated at Synthetic Turf. On the occasion large number of parents were also present to watch their wards in action.
“The final selection of the team will be held at Srinagar after short listing the Probables from respective provinces by the selection Committee constituted for the purposes and the final 24 Probables will have to undergo 21 days Coaching Camp at Srinagar prior to their departure to Assam,” official added.
The selection is being held by Intikhab Alam, Masood Maqbool and Nadiya Nighat.
