The annual examination for class 11th students will be held by Jammu and Kashmir State Board of school education (BOSE), officials said on Tuesday.
“The government has already issued an order in this regard wherein it was decided that there will be no school level exams for class 11th. The exam from current academic session for 11th will be held by us (BOSE) same as that of class 10th and 12th,” said joint secretary examination JKBOSE, Syed Rouf.
“We have already informed the students of class 11th that their annual exam will be held by BOSE,” Rouf said.
Meanwhile, an official said the BOSE has already proposed the date sheet for class 11th as well as for 10th and 12th classes.
“The exams for all the three classes are likely to start from 3rd week of October. The date sheet will be made public after it is approved by advisor Khurshid Ahmad Ganai,” the official said.
