J&K shines in Rope Skipping Federation Cup

Rope Skipping team under the banner of Rope Skipping Association of Jammu & Kashmir (RSAJK), affiliated with Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF) shined in the IRSF Federation Cup-2021-22 by securing 3 gold, one each silver and bronze medal at Nainital, Uttarakhand.

The event was organized by Indian Rope Skipping Federation (IRSF).Madiha Irshad won silver medal in under-17 female 30 second sprint event and a bronze medal in female freestyle routine event, whereas Diya Zainab, Zehra Rafiq and Zargul Zehra clinched gold medals in 30 second double Dutch team event.

RSAJK secretary, Ahmad Rauf congratulated medal winners and requested the Federation to conduct a coaching camp in Srinagar in the month of March 2022 where national and international level coaches will train students and teachers.
