J&K Changemakers Breakthrough Fellowship starts in Srinagar..

The inaugural session of the J&K Changemakers Breakthrough Fellowship organised by TimeCode Events in collaboration with BRIDGE Institute, United Kingdom, and Mission Youth, J&K government, was held in Srinagar..

The J&K Changemakers Breakthrough Fellowship is an online comprehensive programme aimed to motivate and mentor young individuals in exploring their distinct talents and passions, while expanding their knowledge of various facets within personal and professional work settings.

BRIDGE Institute, United Kingdom is the knowledge partner of this programme and Mission Youth, J&K government has also extended its support to this youth-centric initiative.

Director, BRIDGE Institute, Simon McKenzie said, “Over the last two decades, BRIDGE Institute has been handholding youth to become future leaders and entrepreneurs and nourishing their aptitude to build the skills they need to help their organisations to prosper.”

This programme would span over six months and comprise 12 knowledge packed sessions.

Two sessions would be held per month and each session would be of 2-hours duration.

Co-founder and Director, TimeCode Events Sibath Qureshi said, “We have designed this programme for students, entrepreneurs, employees and our aim is provide necessary resources, mentorship, and exposure to the participants to make them undertake informed decisions about their future career paths.”

Director, TimeCode Events, Mohammad Asif said, “Experts of BRIDGE, UK are the resource persons of this online program and would be covering various topics revolving around leadership development, inculcating positive attitude, problem-solving approach and turning ideas into action.”

Expert guest speaker for the session, Senior Director, Western Digital, India, Khalid Wani impressed the participants to strive for upgrading their skills so that they are adaptive to the ever-changing job market.

“Being eager to learn and to improve is the key to self-development and progress. We should keep on improving ourselves to become more productive as an individual and as team player,” he said.

“It was a very good session in which the experts highlighted certain things through which a person can realise maximum potential and become their best version. I thank the organisers for providing us this exciting opportunity,” said Farooq, a participant.
