The Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association, through its affiliated units District Baramulla Carrom Association and District Ganderbal Carrom Association is pleased to announce the District Carrom Championships 2025–26 for Baramulla and Ganderbal districts.
The Baramulla District Carrom Championship 2025–26 will be held on March 24 and 25, 2026 at Indoor Sports Stadium Khawaja Bagh, Baramulla while Ganderbal District Carrom Championship 2025–26 will take place on March 26 and 27, 2026 at Indoor Sports Stadium Seh Pora, Ganderbal.
The championships will feature competitions in four categories for both boys and girls, men and women, including Under-12 (Cadet), Under-14 (Sub-Junior), Under-18 (Junior) and the Senior category.
Sponsored by the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council, the championships aim to encourage young talent, strengthen grassroots participation, and provide a competitive platform for both budding and experienced players of Carrom across the districts.
The organisers said such events promote sporting excellence and bring together players from different schools, colleges, clubs and institutions, fostering sportsmanship, discipline and healthy competition among youth.
