Applications on prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates for the position of project assistant in the research project titled “Development of theoretical descriptors for the rational design of single-atom catalysts for CO2 hydrogenation using first principle simulations”.
The project has been sanctioned to Department of Chemistry, School of Sciences, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India, New Delhi under the Start-up research grant scheme. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project.

Educational Qualifications : Essential: M.Sc. Chemistry Desirable
M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical/Inorganic Chemistry) Basic knowledge of Quantum Chemistry and Catalysis Dedicated and willing to work hard Independent research/writing skills.
