To promote musical legacy of Kashmir , for the first time, the Sopore Rashtriya Rifles will be conducting Sopore Musical Festival 2020 on 22 Nov 2020 with “Sada-e-Hunar” Let the Talent Flourish as theme of the event.
This time the local populace of Sopore region will be witnessing the first of its kind mega musical event at Sopore Degree College. During the event, eight singers will be performing to showcase the hidden talent in front of local populace especially young generation of Sopore region.
This initiative is taken with an aim to give a suitable exposure to the talented singers of Kashmir and also to inspire hidden talented youth of Sopore region to come forward in future and participate in such event to showcase their talent.
It will also assist in building competitiveness amongst the local youth in future and will surely keep them away from the menace of drug abuse and prevailing militancy in the region.
