The district administration of Srinagar has described a driver, Imtiyaz Ahmad Dar, as a “hero” for his role in distributing wheelchairs to disabled children in the city at their doorstep under the District Administration initiative ‘Har Kadam Hum-Kadam’ #Srinagar. So far, he has helped the authorities deliver 200 wheelchairs to the needy.
