Experienced cricket video-cum-performance analyst of Kashmir, Sheikh Suhail has brought laurels to the State by qualifying the top-level examination conducted by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the video analysts of the Country.
Considered to be one of the toughest examinations in the world of cricket, BCCI conducted the examination for 80 analysts of the Country to promote junior video analysts to senior level at Chennai recently. Three analysts from J&K including Sheikh Suhail took part in the examination.
Out of 80 analysts, only 10 were declared as qualified including Sheikh Suhail from J&K. The result of the examination was conveyed to the state associations by BCCI General Manager Cricket Operations, Syed Saba Karim.
With this qualification, Suhail is eligible to be appointed as senior analyst by BCCI during the BCCI domestic matches in any part of the Country.
“It is great to qualify this examination finally. I am happy for being assigned the role of senior analyst in the Country. I am now eligible to be appointed as video analyst for any match conducted by BCCI in Country,” Suhail said.
