 A Kashmir-based football coach, Muzzamil Mohammad qualifies Asian Football confederation B-licence coaching course

A Kashmir-based football coach, Muzzamil Mohammad, added another feather to his cap by qualifying the elite Asian football confederation B-licence coaching course.

The coaching was conducted in Odisha and Muzamill passed the test of the course to become the only coach from Kashmir who qualified the coaching course in 2019.

Speaking to media Muzzamil said, “It is a big achievement for me and for football in Kashmir. I worked very hard for it and qualified the coaching course.”

“I am grateful to my mentor Sajid Ahmad Dar who has always stood by my side. Kashmir needs more certified football coaches who can raise the standard of football in Kashmir,” he added.

After passing the course, Muzzamil has become eligible to coach domestic teams which include ISL and I league teams.

Muzamill qualified D- licence caching course in 2014 and C-licences course in 2016.

Muzamill is currently J&K State football academy coach. He is very popular among football players across Kashmir.

He has coached hundreds of players across Kashmir and is termed as next big coaching face of football in Kashmir.
