District-Level Volleyball tournament under NMBA kick-starts at Baramulla

In order to engage youth in meaningful activities and raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse, a district-level volleyball tournament under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) was inaugurated today at Boys Higher Secondary School, Baramulla

Organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, with support from the Social Welfare Department, the tournament serves as a platform to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among the youth while encouraging a drug-free lifestyle.

Officials at the event emphasized the critical role of sports in shaping the future of young individuals. They urged the youth to actively participate in such initiatives and be ambassadors of positive change in the community.
