Bazme Feham, a Student Podcast Platform for communication and knowledge sharing among students, developed by the School Education Department, Shopian, was inaugurated on Tuesday here.
Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar inaugurated the podcast and performed as the first guest on the inaugural show, where he interacted with the students of the district virtually.
Bazme Feham is a novel initiative of the department, aimed at highlighting the talent of students, encouraging them to voice their ideas and aspirations, and enhancing the exchange of knowledge. It is an academic society, a digital platform where students and administrators collaborate to discuss educational challenges, share information, and improve academic processes.
The key goal of such an initiative is to facilitate open dialogue between students and school administration, encouraging mutual understanding and cooperation to improve the learning environment. It shall also promote knowledge sharing and enhance communication skills.
Interacting virtually with the students, the DC said the event provides a platform for discussions on education, career guidance, and societal issues that benefit students. “Educational experts and icons from various fields shall be invited to the podcast to deliberate on student issues,” he said.
Chief Education Officer, Shopian, M Shabir, and other concerned officers and officials were present at the inaugural session.
