The J&K Health and Medical Education Department has appointed a Nodal Officer for online portal for regular departmental action cases against public servants.
“In pursuance of circular No. 27-JK(GAD) of 2023 dated 19.09.2023, issued by the General Administration Department, it is hereby, ordered that Sanjeev Sharma, JKAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health & Medical Education Department is nominated as Nodal Officer of online portal for Regular Departmental Action (RDA) cases against public servants in respect of Health & Medical Education Dept.,” the H&ME said in an order.
The nodal officer shall be responsible for uploading of cases on the online portal and their progress at various stages of proceedings, regular monitoring of the cases, and liaisoning with the General Administration Department, besides other issues relating to RDAs.
