Kashmir Motors, Eicher conduct customer meet in Srinagar

With customer convenience as the cornerstone of approach to business, Kashmir Motors in collaboration with Volvo-Eicher Motors held a customer meet in Srinagar.

The function was presided over by the Managing Director of Kashmir Motors, Mr.Aijaz Kitab, Channel Sales Manager Volvo-Eicher, Trimanshu Tiwari, and Director Finance Kashmir Motors Talat Latif Bhat.

On the occasion, Aijaz Kitab said shared the journey of Kashmir motors with different enterprises and companies from 1990s till 2022. “There were many ups and downs but we did not compromise on our customer service,” he said.

Kitab said Kashmir Motors started a collaboration with Eicher in the year 2020.We are a service-oriented company and are aiming for positive change in society, he said.

“We are thankful to our customers who stood always with us. It is our moral duty to provide well-oriented service to our people and explore more in the transport department,” Mr. Aijaz said.

Channel Sales Manager Volvo-Eicher, Trimanshu Tiwari said they started their collaboration with Kashmir Motors in 2020 and we have reached 60 vehicles so far.

“We are planning to reach the target of 100 vehicles in next two months. Earlier we had collaborated with some other company but due to complaint deal was suspended. Then we joined hands with Kashmir Motors, who are known for their great customer service,” he said.

Tiwari said so far Kashmir Motors are performing well and we are happy about them and would continue to serve the people of Valley through their platform.

“They addressed all the issues that customers were facing in the Valley,” he said.

Ufair Ajaz, VP – of Kashmir Motors said the main aim of this event was to connect with the customers. He narrated the journey of Kashmir Motors and talked about collaboration over the completion of one year with Volvo-Eicher.

“When we started, there were handful of people and now same company is providing employment to many,” Ufair said.

“Kashmir Motors is progressing each passing day. Both our quantity and quality have improved over the past several years. we want to explore more possibilities in the future,” he said.

Ufair said in the future their focus will be more on commercial segments and are aimed to bring change in transport sector including battery vehicles, HD vehicles, and explore new technologies in Kashmir.

Director Finance Kashmir Motors Mr. Talat Latif Bhat said Kashmir Motors has gained trust among the people for providing better services and they will not comprise on it.

“Although loopholes are everywhere and we will try to overcome them in future. Customer satisfaction is important and I believe Kashmir Motors has achieved that level and it will continue in upcoming years too,” Bhat said.

The meet was attended by officials from various commercial banks of Jammu and Kashmir, businessmen, contractors, constructionists, and customers.

While putting forth their issues and demands, the customers appreciated Kashmir Motors’s workforce for extending good customer service.

Customers from various areas also shared their feedback about the services of both companies and urged them to continue this collaboration for the sake of a safe transport system in the Valley.
