The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din appealed to the unemployed youth of Kupwara district to come forward and take benefit under various ambitious schemes of Mission Youth.

The DC said that the aim of conducting the programme is to provide awareness and motivate the unemployed youth of the district to get benefitted under various employment generating schemes of the Government. He appealed to the youth to become job providers instead of job seekers by way of establishing their own self employment generating units under various schemes of the Mission Youth. He urged upon the youth to utilize their energy towards brightening their future.
Meanwhile, Officers from various Departments including DIC Kupwara, Handicrafts, Employment and RDD provided thorough awareness to the participating youth about employment generating schemes of their respective departments.
