Sopore Cyclist Manan Wani felicitated at Sanctorum School.

The super talented cyclist of Sopore who paddled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in 27 days, felicitated by several organisations at Sanctorum School at Sopore.
Manan was given a hero’s welcome at the event with several organisations under the banner Inspire Kashmir, felicitating the cyclist.
They hailed the organizations and youth especially Sameer Ahmad who provided assistance to the cyclist and encouraged Wani to paddle from Kashmir to Kanyakumari on a cycle.
Wani has bagged 32 gold, silver and bronze medals at various national, state and district level cycling and running competitions besides achieving the feat of cycling the 480-km Srinagar-Leh highway in record 22 hours.
The event was attended by several notable personalities of Sopore On this occasion, filmmaker Jalal ud din was the chief guest.
The youth congratulated Manan for his solo expedition from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and termed him the role model for the youth of valley.
