Applications on prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates for the below mentioned position available in the research project titled “Novel Nuclear Structure Studies with Modem Theoretical Approaches”.
The project has been sanctioned to Dr. Niyaz Ahmad Rather, Assistant professor Department of Physics, School of Sciences, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora by the Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Government of India, New Delhi under the scheme “Core Research Grant”. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project.

Remuneration/ Salary per month : Rs. 47000/- + HRA as applicable per month [subject to the release of funds by the funding agency] Eligibility/ Essential: Ph.D. in Physics. Educational Qualifications :
Desirable: Candidates with research experience in Nuclear Structure Physics.
Knowledge of FORTRAN Programming Language.
