Umar Ali Sofi amateur poet from North Kashmir’s Sopore Town.

Umar Ali Sofi is a student of class 10th in Nether Field School Sopore. He finds solitude in inking his thoughts.
Born in 2005 and started writing at age of 12. He got his soul attached to paper and spends most of his leisure time in this thing.
According to him, ‘Pen is the ultimate solution for every kind of situation but when carried and balanced properly with a pilgrim voice’.
He has written dozens of poems and proses and is also co author of many books and anthologies including his latest co work “Rahgeer-A dying Art”, “Nest At Heaven” and “My dear Grandpa”.
He is also writing a novel and tells that he has stopped to write it because of exams and will again resume his work after the end of year. So his book will come out soon.
