Appoint of Guest Instructor for the academic session 2020-21 by debit to IDF Interested candidates possessing the following qualifications are hereby asked to approach office of the undersigned along with the attested photocopies of academic/ technical qualification certificates, Higher Qualifications, Experience (if any) and contact details as per format annexure “A” with this notice within seven days from the date of publication of this notice for assignment of guest lectures in following trade for the academic session 2020-21.
Further, the candidates can email the prescribed application Form along with requisite certificates through email ID’s of this Institute i.e [email protected] or [email protected] within seven days from the date of publication of this Notice, failing which no application will be entertained after expiry date.
Name of the Posts: Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English )
NTC/NAC in Stenographer and Secretarial Assistant or Diploma approved) or Degree from a recognized university in the relevant field. Scheme: Normal and will be paid out of IDF Terms or conditions for assignment: In case there are multi numbers of aspirants, the selection would be done on meritas per criteria laid down by the department for the said purpose. Selected person would have to perform his duty as per JK CSR rules and Training rules issued by DGT from time to time. Candidates belonging to district Budgam would be preferred. The assignment is totally temporary and terminable at any point of time without mentioning any reasons thereof.
