Team extreme Power lifting association, Golden muscle nutrition & Muscle Mechie gym in collaboration with department of Youth Service & Sports organises first power lifting Competition in Pulwama in which large number of participants from almost every tehsil of Pulwama takes part.
The main motto of this event was to promote sports culture,motivate the youth towards physical fitness ,gymnastic & flatten the curve of drug abuse. This event was organised by Basit Hamid, Prince ikhlaq, Syed Murtaza, Umar Maqbool. Large number of power lifters through out the District participated in this competition.
Muscle Mechie gym will always support & organise such kind of events which promote awareness related to fitness by which we can prevent from many diseases & it’s a good platform for fitness freaks to show case their talent in such competitions.
