kashmiri youth reaping the benefits of opportunities and exploring every field.Farhana Bhat, a budding actress from Srinagar received fame after her casting in Bollywood film ‘Laila Majnu’. Six-years ago, she joined local group of artists and started working in different commercials.
She faced a lot of hurdles during her initial days but “When she auditioned for ‘Laila Majnu’, she bagged role of the lead actress’ cousin named Jasmeet,” Farhana shared her journey.
Budding artist has two more Bollywood films lined up for coming years and her goal is to engage the youth in a positive way to give them some sort of a platform so that they are not discouraged. The Kashmiri youth is extremely talented, but are unable to grab the opportunity for showcasing their talent.
